Challenge
The client approached me to create content for their LinkedIn business page. As an active LinkedIn user, the Managing Director wanted content he could publish on the company page and then reshare through his personal profile, which already had strong engagement. At the time, the business was around three years old with a team of approximately 20 people. With a focus on growing the company, they did not have the time and internal capacity to plan and write consistent LinkedIn content. The primary objective was to build brand awareness for a young EPCM business while maintaining a professional and credible presence on the platform.
My Approach
As a values-based business, it was important for the client’s LinkedIn content to reflect who they are as well as what they do. With brand awareness as the main objective, I developed messaging pillars grounded in the company’s values and way of working. Each post was written to introduce Veldt Group to a broader audience while reinforcing their culture, priorities, and approach to delivery. This ensured that as awareness increased, prospective clients and partners gained a clearer understanding of the people behind the business, not just its services.
