Challenge

As a writer and editor for We Edit Podcasts, I created these show notes for one of their regular US-based clients. The podcast is educational, focused on helping people build wealth and achieve financial security through real estate investing. The challenge was to make the content accessible to both newcomers and seasoned investors. This isn’t an aspirational podcast but a practical, down-to-earth resource, and the show notes for this episode needed to reflect that.

My Approach

I opened with a relatable introduction about the guest as a hard-working family man, aiming to challenge the common misconception that real estate investors are exclusively wealthy, white-collar men. Highlighting his background was key. I also pointed out that the host began his investing journey just 13 months ago, reassuring listeners that the podcast is approachable and beginner-friendly.
